KIDS HOPE USA Training and Support

KIDS HOPE USA helps churches prepare for this ministry by conducting intensive, two-day training for the appointed Director. Through this training, the Director will be fully equipped to recruit, screen, train, match and supervise church members using the KIDS HOPE USA model and video materials. They will be trained in leadership, working with the school, and more. And they will have the opportunity to network with other Directors to share ideas, strategies, hopes and prayers.

This is just the beginning, however. As an Affiliate, your church receives ongoing support and training for local Directors and volunteers, including:

• Instruction and support from veteran KHUSA Directors
• Consulting resources, including access to our staff child psychologist for case-specific questions and guidance
• Access to our Director-only website
• Continuing education opportunities, including training and support materials representing mentoring best practices
• Our commitment to help your program not only survive, but thrive.
